SAKKOK is a business to business platform for credit transaction in Iran which attracts businesses across the country especially small and medium businesses and organizations related to them. This platform offers “business to business” and “business to customer” supply chain services. SAKKOK’s main services consist of supply chain management, supply chain management finance methods, and logistics management. An electronic wallet called “Ja” is used in this platform with which fees defined in the system can be collected. Using this platform, businesses across the country can do credit transactions with each other relying on the ضمانتنامههایی that صندوقهای حمایتی issue; In other words, in business world where two parties cannot merely trust each other, this platform is responsible for making trust between seller and purchaser. This credit exchanged based on electronic Bill of Exchange which is a blockchain based bill. In other words, services can now be delivered via the electronic version of the written Bill of Exchange, which has been in the system. This electronic bill is secured with digital signature. This helps build a more powerful identification system and prevent forgery. Since the logistic network is unified with the infrastructures of the Ja platform, if the banking network shows interest in buying these issued Biils of Exchange, it can use the Ja platform for identifying the sellers and purchaser in a transaction. Furthermore, it can know how the commodities were transported and examined/inspected. With this platform, all the contract conditions can be deployed through the use of a smart contract.
SAKKOOK platform, as the first Iranian electronic wallet, was first introduced in the Elecomp exhibition 2018
