One of the main problems of governmental, semiprivate, and private organizations is that, aside from the strategy used for holding a bidding, they don’t have a secure platform for holding it. In other words, in implementing these platforms we mostly have to design a centralized system which needs the parties to trust a third party. This usually makes people suspicious of the outcome of these biddings.
Blockchain as a revolutionary technology was introduced by a person or group of people under the name of Satoshi Nakamoto less than ten years ago. This revolutionary technology has many application not only in cryptocurrency area but also in various other areas. One of the applications of blockchain is that it can be used in implementing secure computation platforms.
In this project we use blockchain as a tool for implementing a secure, transparent, and trusted platform which guarantees the validity and integrity of data for bidding process. For implementing this platform we use the blockchain technology features, distributed computation methods, cryptography tools, zero knowledge proof, commitment mechanism, secret sharing, secure multi-way computation, etc. This project is among the selected projects of National Elites Foundation.
